How many body contouring sessions do I need?

The number of body contouring sessions required depends on several factors, including your body type, fat distribution and the amount of loose skin.

Each treatment is different, but the average we recommend is 6-10 sessions. The length of time between each treatment depends on your goals and how quickly you want to achieve them. You will notice results immediately after your first treatment, but to maintain these results it is important that you get at least 3 treatments within a few weeks of each other.

The number of sessions will also depend on how you respond to treatment. If you have a good response to treatment, then fewer sessions may be required.

You can expect to lose about 1" per treatment session. So if you had 10 areas treated and lost 1" per area, you would lose 10" total.

How long does a body contouring session take?

The treatment process is fairly quick and painless. It takes about an hour in total, and you can go back to your regular activities right after the session.

How painful is body contouring?

The procedure is painless. Body contouring is a gentle, safe, and effective way to improve the appearance of your body. The treatment can help you achieve a slimmer, more toned physique without invasive surgery or downtime.

What happens after a body contouring session?

After your body contouring session, you can return to your normal activities. Depending on the type of treatment you had, you may feel soreness and swelling in the treated area. This can last up to a week or more.

During your consultation with our skilled staff, we will discuss different options for your non-invasive body contouring procedure and answer any questions you may have. We will also provide you with an estimate of how many treatments you may need to achieve your desired results.
